What maintenance does the mower require?

Clean the cutting deck after each use to prevent grass buildup. Check and tighten bolts periodically, especially the blade bolt. Keep the carbon steel blade sharp - a blunt blade tears grass rather than cutting cleanly, stressing your lawn. Clean battery contacts occasionally and store batteries indoors during winter. Fold the handles down to reduce the footprint significantly. The collapsible Redi-bag stores on top of the mower deck.
